Meadowlily Woods Trail is located on Meadowlily Road off of Commissioners Road, east of Highbury Avenue in London, Ontario.  The Meadowlily Bridge located at the end of Meadowlily Road, provides pedestrian access to the trail system.

There are approximately 4.6 kilometres of trails that weave through the environmentally significant area marked with yellow blazes on the trees. The Meadowlily site contains a unique mix of wetland and upland forest species. There is also a significant presence of migratory and breeding birds, animals, reptiles and amphibians.

On my first visit to this trail system, I wasn’t sure what to expect but once I made my way through I realized what a nice area it was.  The trails were very well marked and maintained. It was also surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to two of the busiest roads in the city.

I thoroughly enjoyed my hike through this trail system and snapped several photos during my journey. Below are the images that I captured from my afternoon spent in Meadowlily Woods.
